1. Raw material procurement and inspection
The production of All-in-One Disposables starts with strict raw material procurement. It mainly includes core components such as atomizer core materials (such as cotton, heating wire), e-liquid ingredients, batteries, and shells. Each batch of raw materials must undergo strict quality inspection after entering the factory to ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and environmental protection requirements.
2. Component production
1. Atomizer production: The atomizer is the core part of the All-in-One Disposable and is made of heating wire wrapped with cotton. Workers first wind the heating wire according to specific specifications, then fill it with high-quality cotton and encapsulate it in the atomization chamber.
2. Battery assembly: Select high-quality lithium-ion batteries, weld and assemble them through precision equipment, and set up protection circuits to ensure the safety and durability of the battery.
3. E-liquid blending: In an independent dust-free workshop, professionals accurately blend various e-liquid flavors according to the formula, and conduct quality inspection again after completion to ensure the pure taste and no harmful substances remain.
3. Main structure manufacturing
The shell is made of injection molding or metal processing technology, with beautiful design and durable. During the assembly of the main structure, various parts are embedded in order, including circuit boards, batteries, atomizers, LED indicators, buttons, etc., to complete the initial hardware integration.
4. Quality inspection and debugging
After assembly, each All-in-One Disposable will enter the quality inspection stage and conduct functional tests, such as power display accuracy, atomization effect, suction smoothness and other performance indicators. Unqualified products will be eliminated to ensure that all products shipped meet the predetermined standards.
5. Packaging and delivery
All-in-One Disposables that pass quality inspection will be carefully packaged and labeled with product labels, including production date, model, warning words and other necessary information. Finally, the whole box of products will be put into storage and wait for logistics delivery to reach the hands of consumers.
